Running builds up stamina and keeps a person fit and healthy. Realizing this, Grind Master has formed The Grind Master Running Club. It holds monthly running activity; i.e. on last Sunday of the month, minithons and small marathons as well as outings are arranged. This is an endeavour to keep ourselves fit and to encourage others to be fit and healthy. We are proud to announce that over 50 Grind Master team members have completed half marathons. It is also encouraging to see that families of many runners are also getting into running.
